This doughnut starts with our own signature brioche dough, made in small batches and slow-fermented for up to 48 hours to develop deep flavour and an irresistibly soft, pillowy texture.

Each one is generously filled with our freshly made raspberry & prosecco jam — vibrant, fruity and lightly sparkling — then finished by hand with a smooth Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate glaze and a delicate flourish of naturally pink ruby chocolate.

Made using locally milled flour, rich local thick cream and free-range eggs, every detail is carefully considered from start to finish.
