At Pipp & Co, we strive to deliver the highest quality perishable goods. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once items have been dispatched.

However, if you are not satisfied with your order due to quality concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, based on the issue reported.

To request a refund or replacement, please email us with your order details and a description of the issue. We may ask for photographic evidence to assess the situation.
