Our signature brioche dough, slow-fermented for up to 48 hours, is hand-filled with silky Belgian chocolate & hazelnut ganache made from Callebaut chocolate and local cream. Each doughnut is hand-glazed with Belgian chocolate and crowned with toasted hazelnuts—a chocolatey, nutty delight in every bite.

Our own recipe plain brioche dough, made in small batches with a bulk fermentation of up to 48 hours for maximum flavour. Hand filled with our freshly made Belgian chocolate & hazelnut ganache filling, made with Callebaut milk & dark chocolate and local thick cream. Then each one is individually hand decorated with our Belgian chocolate glaze and topped with toasted hazelnuts. Pure chocolatey, nutty heaven in every bite.
