Our own recipe chocolate brioche dough made with Callebaut cocoa powder. Made in small batches with a bulk fermentation of up to 48 hours for maximum flavour. Hand filled with our freshly made creamy Baileys Irish Cream custard and dusted with cocoa butter icing sugar. A creamy Baileys delight. Made with locally milled flour, organic milk, thick cream and free range eggs. Contains alcohol.
