Our own recipe chocolate brioche tangzhong dough made with Callebaut cocoa powder. Made in small batches with a bulk fermentation of up to 48 hours for maximum flavour. Generously double hand filled with our freshly made Belgian chocolate ganache and creamy mascarpone custard, rolled in digestive biscuit sugar. Made with locally milled flour, organic milk, thick cream and free range eggs.
