We’re kicking off 2026 with something truly special… and incredibly delicious. For the first time ever, we’re expanding our retail pastry lineup beyond doughnuts and cruffins — introducing our brand-new Butterscotch & Pecan Knot, launching 5 January 2026.
Until now, our sweet and savoury pastries have been exclusive to our café and wholesale partners. But you asked (many times!), and we listened. This beautiful, buttery knot — filled with rich butterscotch and sprinkled with roasted pecans — will now be available for all retail customers, both online and at our market stalls.
This launch is the beginning of a bigger, exciting journey for us in 2026. You can expect a growing range of pastries to sit alongside your much-loved doughnuts and cruffins… starting with the irresistible Butterscotch & Pecan Knot. If you love a soft, caramel-swirled, nutty treat, this one’s bound to become a new favourite.
