Description

Our own recipe plain brioche dough, made in small batches with a bulk fermentation of up to 48 hours for maximum flavour. A two stage procedure is used to hand shape into a classic ring doughnut. Each are individually hand decorated with our butterscotch glaze and chopped sweet and sticky dates. We make our hot molten caramel with 100% pure Canadian maple syrup before carefully stirring into our fondant with a dash of sea salt.
