Our own recipe plain brioche dough, made in small batches with a bulk fermentation of up to 48 hours for maximum flavour. Hand filled with our tangy raspberry jam, Each one is individually glazed with our Belgian dark chocolate glaze using Callebaut chocolate and a scatter of freeze dried raspberry powder. A perfect match for Valentine’s day.
