Madagascan Vanilla Custard Cruffin
Our own recipe plain brioche dough, made in small batches with a bulk fermentation of up to 48 hours for maximum flavour. Laminated with British butter, rolled and baked in a deep muffin tin. Hand piped with our homemade Madagascan vanilla custard with a light dusting of sugar.

Our pastries are only available for delivery within Swindon or for collection from our bakery. Order before 12pm for next day delivery.
Minimum order 2 pastries (of any flavour), additional pastries in multiples of 2s, 5s or 9s.
