Our own recipe chocolate brioche dough made with Callebaut cocoa powder. Made in small batches with a bulk fermentation of up to 48 hours for maximum flavour. Hand filled with our freshly made creamy Guinness stout custard then each one is individually decorated with our white glaze and matcha green stripes & shamrock sprinkles. Made with, locally milled flour, local thick cream and free range eggs. A true Guinness lovers doughnut as the malty, hoppy taste of the custard marriages well with the chocolate doughnut.
