Our own recipe plain brioche dough, made in small batches with a bulk fermentation of up to 48 hours for maximum flavour. Hand filled with our freshly made creamy Arabica coffee custard then each one is individually decorated with our Arabica coffee glaze and dusted with a cocoa powder coffee bean. With a double attack of coffee, this is THE coffee lovers doughnut.
